Keep in mind that your Humana ID number is not the same as the PIN number on the Partner welcome kit – use your Humana ID number on the Web site.

Enter your Humana ID number exactly as it appears on your Humana ID card.

Letters and numbers sometimes look alike, for example the number “0” (zero) is easily confused with the letter “O.”
